Families & Guests
How can I get a room at Ronald McDonald House Charities of Morgantown?
What items must I bring with me to check-in?
All guests must have a valid state or federal photo ID upon check in.
How does the room reservation system work?
Our House offers bedrooms on a first-come, first-serve basis. Once your referral is received, you are placed in the queue for a room on your check-in date. If a vacant room is available for you on the date of desired check-in, you will receive a phone call from our staff to schedule a check-in time.
What can I do if there are no rooms available?
If the House is fully occupied, we will call you the date of your desired check-in and offer additional options. This includes hotel room reservation through our Hotel Referral Program.
How can I start volunteering?
Begin the volunteer process by visiting our Get Involved portion of the website. You can find information regarding group or individual volunteerism. You may also access the Volunteer Application to begin the application process to volunteer.
How does volunteer scheduling work?
Your volunteerism can be done according to your personal schedule. When you visit the House for your volunteer orientation, the Volunteer Coordinator will show you how you may schedule yourself to achieve your desired volunteer hours.
